Samui School Fees

Insurance Fee: The Insurance fee is 1,000 baht per year per child.  This fee is required on enrolment and is compulsory and non refundable.

Payment Schedule: Payment is required in the first week of every term. You will receive an invoice one month before the fees are due. If payment is not made within 1 week of the due date the student will not be admitted to the school unless prior arrangement has been made with the school's administration.

Method of Payment: Parents are able to pay in cash, cheque or if preferable to the school's bank account upon request. For bank account details please see administration.

Cheques: Cheques are payable to "Samui Centre of Learning" and must have the child's name written clearly on the back of the cheque. Bank Transfers: Parents must inform the school beforehand. If bank transfer is made we require that you give a copy of the receipt to the administration with your child's name written clearly on the front.*Please make sure that your payments cover all bank charges.

Overdue Payment: Any late payment will now be charged at 200 baht per day unless prior arrangement has been made.

Refund of Fees:  Fees are not refundable if students completes more than half a term. If the student is withdrawn before half-term, 50% of the fees are refundable provided the parent gives 1 month notice of withdrawal.

Additional Activities (not included in fees): All additional after-school activities or transport costs will be invoiced at the end of the month at an additional cost.  

Other Costs: In the case of any damage to school property (including losing school property) incurred by your child/children whilst enrolled at the school, parents will be charged for replacement costs.
